Customer Ordered Wrong Parts / Customer Decides They No Longer Want to Keep Parts

In an effort to provide you, our customer, with quality parts and service, we at Perpetual Racing Online have spend much effort to make your shopping experience as pleasant and efficient as possible. We try to provide detailed product descriptions and knowledgeable staff to answer any questions you may have and assist you in your decision making process. It is strongly recommended that the customer verify that all parts match the intended application before submitting an order.

In the case the wrong part is ordered by the customer or if the part is no longer wanted, the customer must contact Perpetual Racing Online within 30 daysof receiving the item to request a refund or exchange. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the receipt e-mailed to them for accuracy and notify Perpetual Racing Online immediately to make any changes before the part is shipped. Our phone reps are trained to verify all information with you on the phone before submitting your order into our system.

Purchases past the 30 day limit are no longer eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Damaged / Defective Parts

In rare cases where merchandise were damaged during transit, it can be quite a frustrating problem. At Perpetual Racing Online, we have practices in place that ensures our items are shipped to the customer with the utmost care, thus it becomes imperative that the customer fully inspects merchandise prior to signing off on the delivery.

If any damage or defects are discovered during shipment drop off, do not sign for the package and document the defects/damage immediately with photographs and text descriptions. This information must be clearly relayed to Perpetual Racing Online so that we can take the appropriate measures to remedy the situation and (if necessary) to authorize a return. In the case damaged parts are received, the customer must contact Perpetual Racing Online within 3 business days to report the incident. After 3 business days all claims of damaged or defective parts will be refused.

The shipping damage claim will be filed with the shipper by Perpetual Racing Online or by Perpetual Racing Online’s supplier(s) who shipped the item directly to the customer. Perpetual Racing Online must also be notified of the defect/damage before the part is installed, painted, or modified in any way. Once Perpetual Racing Online has confirmation that the shipping damage claim has been filed with the shipper and/or confirmed that the product(s) were indeed defective, we will issue a pre-paid shipping label from the carrier and customer will drop off the package at a local shipping hub for the shipping company or arrange to be available for pickup at a consensus location.

The decision to ship out replacement products prior to receiving a verdict on any damage claims associated with shipping, will be done solely at the discretion of Perpetual Racing Online. Please note that Perpetual Racing Online will not be responsible for any return shipping costs on international returns.

All refunds and the extent of those refunds will be subject to Perpetual Racing Online’ discretion if the Return policy is violated in any way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are absolutely non-refundable. Returned goods will only have the net cost of goods refunded, not the shipping costs associated with the initial purchase. Orders that were purchased with “free-shipping” coupons, or special discounts are subject to return shipment charges. Shipping policies are subject to change at any time without notice.

(*) Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states in the USA. Hawaii, Alaska, and international shipping rates do not quality for free shipping. Please contact us if you have international shipping needs.
